As in previous years, BSS has been a major contributor to the success of the most important event in the local Property & Facility Management industry, by sponsoring the recently held FM Conference.

Paul Dragoiu – BSS Managing Director – has been an active presence in the opening panel – The service charge impact on tenants. His interventions highlighted the importance of FM quality services and correct prices, based on the performance of service providers and customer expectations, given the existence of a “gray market” on certain types of services. He also emphasized the valuable contribution of FM specialists from the very first steps in designing new buildings.
