Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Completed studies in the economic field
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Word and Excel)
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work in an organized manner, both independently and collaboratively
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Knowledge of SAP software is an advantage

Main Responsibilities

  • Contabilitate – inregistrare facturi furnizori
  • Emite facturi catre clinti
  • Aloca cheltuielile pe proiecte
  • Repartizeaza cheltuielile pe centre de cost
  • Verifica jurnalul de venituri si cheltuieli
  • Verifica jurnalul de cumparari pentru a fi in concordanta cu facturile primite si inregistrate in sistem ERP pana la termenul stabilit
  • Inregistreaza facturile de leasing
