PRAM Measurements and Checkups
These services consist in measuring the dispersion resistance in earthing devices and lightning rods in sockets, aiming to:
̶ prevent overloads and hazards in personnel using the electrical installation and working equipment;
̶ fire prevention in buildings and destruction of electrical and electronic equipment;
The measurements and checkups are mandatory, according to the regulations in force, using only high performance, dedicated professional equipment, authorized by metrology regulators. The PRAM checkups periodicity is twice a year - once during dry weather and once in wet weather.
RSVTI services
According to regulations, all entities that own and use ISCIR related installations, have to employ a person that technically supervises and checks up installations (RSVTI), such as gas, steam or fluid recipients and other pressured equipment . The RSVTI services supplied by BSS mainly include:
- obtaining legal authorizations for operating of new and revamped installations;
- supervising of installation assembling, testing and commissioning and functioning monitoring within the specified parameters;
- technical checkups of equipments and the functioning conformities of these;
- data recording and transmission of functioning parameters of BSS managed installations;
- compiling and visibly positioning of technical instructions for proper exploitation of the installations, as well as measures to be taken in case of damage, interruption, disorder etc. in installation functioning ;
- preventive and corrective interventions on installation post-guarantee service (repairs, tunings, component replacing etc.).
Power station exploitation and maintenance services
Services include:
- continuous supervision of installations functioning;
- operation coordination and performing;
- data recording, transmission and archiving;
- preventive and corrective interventions in minor incidents;
- mediation between power supplier, distributor and user relating to the quality and effectiveness of energy use.
Services related to fire signaling, alarming, limiting and extinguishing systems and installations.
Special attention is given to quality and accuracy of all services relating to fire protection systems and installations, mainly consisting in:
- periodical (programmed) checkups of easy access to specialized equipments and devices, of their functional status and reporting results to client companies and relevant organizations;
- organizing and supervising situation drills (fire, explosion etc.) for the personnel in BSS managed buildings;
- preventive and corrective interventions on equipments and their components by repairs, replacements, completion and maintenance.
Detection, Video Surveillance, Access Control Monitoring and communication system services (DVSACM)
These services, performed at clients' request or suggested by BSS specialists, include:
- consultancy for setting the optimal structure and functions of the DVSACM system;
- equipment assembling and cabling;
- repair works at building parts affected by assembling and cabling processes;
- connecting DVSACM to the central unit;
- supervising and diagnosis of DVSACM system and components functioning;
- preventive/corrective interventions in equipments and their components.
- checkups of system functional status and periodical communication of resulting parameters.
