Sprinkler checkouts Mandatory specialized service (according to the Norm NP 086-05), consisting in checking out, testing and maintaining component parts of sprinkler fire extinguishing installations: manometers, optical/accoustical signalling devices, pipes, fittings, connections, taps, recipients, pumps, related engines and feeding systems, and other components and spare parts.
Setting of the Building Technical Handbook This is a mandatory document, regulated by the Law 10/1995, which contains all technical documentation relating to the building, including: - the complete documents relating to the design, execution, handover/reception, usage, maintenance and repairs of the building; - design documentation - the design concept, building location, approvals and agreements, building technical documentation, calculations' summary, specifications on works performance; - technical documentation on buildings' behavior in time monitoring.
Buildings' behavior in time monitoring. A mandatory activity, according to the Law 10/1995, relating to the construction quality that includes: - monitoring of all cracks within various structures, resulting in reports with digital photo samples of these cracks; - monitoring the building consolidation process, with high precision instrumentation; - monitoring of deplacements and level/space deformations;
