Sales Specialist

 
Short description:

The ideal candidate:

Minimum 2 years sales experience - experience in preparing tenders and contracts;
Knowledge in Marketing area;
Technical university graduate;


English advanced;
Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint);
Driving license cat. B;
Skills in planning, organizing and controlling of business, ability to make decisions, initiative, and interactive person.

Main Responsibilities:

Assist Director of Marketing & Sales for the preparation and support offerings and / or presentations, as well as negotiating contracts;
Assess locations with facilities and related equipment in order to draw bids ptr. Property services and / or Facility Management;
Perform market research, process and analyze the obtained data, identify and contact potential customers;
Follow the evolution of sales, identify and propose corrective actions / optimization;
Prepares and submits reports of sales by product and service types;
Track status of tenders submitted to their approval stage to contract signing;
Handles customer requests for additional services or works and present offers to them.



Facility Manager

 
Short description:

The ideal candidate:

Possess experience and proficiency examinations. Experience in maintenance of office buildings, logistics parks and / or commercial spaces.
Capacity to organize, coordinate and control work at the local level.
Promotes team spirit, which is a dynamic, easily adaptable, with proactive and customer orientation, willingness to travel in the country.

Main Responsibilities: coordination of the surveillance, maintenance, repair and operation of facilities and equipment related to office buildings, logistics parks and commercial centers, providing the link between the company and its customers, attracting new services and / or new customers in the operational area.

Benefits: contract work, income consists of wage employment, meal vouchers and bonuses awarded based on level of involvement, financial results and individual performance evaluation results. Possibilities for promotion, according to the company's activities in the territorial expansion.

Technical Service Manager

 
Short description:

The ideal candidate:

Technical university graduated;
Experience in administration of buildings and maintenance facilities and related equipment: min. 3 years
English - intermediate / advanced;
PC Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook Express, Internet;
Team spirit, proactive, customer orientation;
Managerial skills, leadership.

Main Responsibilities:

Organizing, coordinating and controlling technical activities for office buildings, residential, commercial and logistics facilities;

Organization and carrying out preventive maintenance program for plants and machinery related to premises under its management organization;

Responsibilities for maintenance and operating cost optimization, and  to promote "green" technology;

Responsibility for organizing / teaching process control / receipt of the completed construction book for new buildings.
