CAFM - Computer Aided Facility Management

By the use of CAFM, all clients' assets, such as buildings ( with detailed space information,
drawings etc. ), systems, equipment and furniture of the building are inventoried, allowing
instant access to any needed item, by bar code reading instruments.

It is a very effective control tool on fixed assets, spaces, as well as an exact prognosis instrument
for the equipment and spare parts life cycle costs, and also an easy way to precisely
locate any equipment in the area/building. It largely contributes to better space planning and
enhancing project management.

CAFM allows also keeping the building's archive in both electronic form and hard copy
(architectural drawings, installations, piping, power network, furniture and their technical
specifications)
